Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) is a long term process to create safer and more effective schools by structuring the learning environment to support the academic and social success of all students. The adoption and long-term implementation of efficient and effective discipline throughout the whole school environment is critical to the process.
PBL is not a program, but a process that supports Grose View Public School to design, implement, and evaluate effective school-wide, classroom, non-classroom, and individual student discipline.
